Our products are sold in major retailers across North America, and we take pride in our high-quality manufacturing, commitment to innovation, and strong partnerships with leading brands and retailers.We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and bilingual QA/QC Coordinator to join our packaging manufacturing team.
The QA/QC Coordinator will work closely with production and blending to inspect materials and finished products, document quality results, identify defects, assist with customer quality concerns, and help ensure products meet company specifications and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and finished-product quality inspections.
- Inspect packaging products for dimensions, appearance, print quality, labeling, packaging integrity, and other required specifications.
- Verify products meet approved specifications and customer requirements.
- Accurately record inspection results and maintain QA/QC documentation.
- Identify and document defective or nonconforming products.
- Communicate quality concerns to production personnel and supervisors.
- Help ensure nonconforming products are properly identified, segregated, and controlled.
- Assist with customer complaint and product quality investigations.
- Gather samples, production records, inspection results, and other information needed for investigations.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
- Track quality issues and corrective actions through completion.
- Help maintain quality procedures, inspection instructions, forms, and product specifications.
- Support internal audits and continuous improvement activities.
- Promote quality, safety, and good manufacturing practices throughout the facility.
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees in a manufacturing environment
- 0–2 years of manufacturing, quality, inspection, or related experience.
- Previous packaging or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to stay organized and maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to learn quality inspection methods and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a production and quality team.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday and weekends, as needed, based on production requirements.
- Ability to read and follow specifications, procedures, and work instructions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred Skills
- Experience related to manufacturing, packaging, quality, or industrial technology.
- Familiarity with measuring and inspection equipment.
- Basic understanding of quality control, root cause analysis, or corrective actions.
- Familiarity with ISO or other quality management systems is a plus.

The right candidate will be comfortable working directly on the manufacturing floor, communicating with employees in both English and Spanish, identifying quality concerns, and helping the team resolve any issues.
This position provides hands-on experience in manufacturing quality control, product inspection, customer complaint investigation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
