TWIST is seeking an experienced, warm, and design-savvy Sales Associate to join our team.

What You’ll Do
- Build genuine, long-term client relationships
- Guide customers through fine jewelry and bridal purchases with confidence and care
- Provide thoughtful, elevated service without pressure tactics
- Maintain strong product knowledge across designer and in-house collections
- Follow up with clients and cultivate repeat business
- Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented sales environment
Who You Are
- 2+ years experience in luxury or high-touch retail (jewelry preferred but not required)
- Confident, emotionally intelligent, and client-focused
- Comfortable in a commission-based environment and motivated by excellence
- Polished, dependable, and collaborative
- Passionate about design, fashion, or artisan craftsmanship
- Someone who values relationships over transactions and takes pride in service
Compensation & Growth
This is a commission-based role with a guaranteed $30/hour safety net while you build your business. Once your sales exceed that guarantee, compensation transitions to commission.
Last year, half of our full-time sales associates earned over $100,000, reflecting strong client relationships, meaningful average transactions, and real long-term earning potential.
