Basic requirements:
- Complete dis-assembly of vehicle to assist Service Advisors in assessing damage to prepare a 100% Repair Plan
- Plan work procedure: follow work order for all operations listed
- Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Comply with all Silver Lining Collision standard operating procedures, safety, rules, and guidelines
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- I-CAR / ASE certifications preferred
- 3+ years’ collision repair experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Must have your own tools
Yearly ongoing responsibilities
- Maintain all ICAR, welding and or paint certifications
- Attend safety meetings
- Maintain valid in-state driver's license and safe driving record
Expectations
- Be on time to work
- Attend daily production meetings
- Be ICAR certified or commit to become ICAR certified
- Be OEM certified or have an interest in becoming certified (Company sponsored)
- Be committed to safe quality repairs
- Abide by all our safety standards, wear personal protective equipment while working on the production floor
- Be able to lift and carry objects up to 40lbs unassisted
- Be able to kneel, squat, bend, stoop to inspect repairs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
