We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Volumetric Mixer Driver to operate and deliver concrete to multiple construction job sites. The ideal candidate will have experience operating volumetric concrete mixers, maintaining equipment, and working efficiently in fast-paced construction environments. Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply, as Spanish-speaking skills are a plus for communication on diverse job sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a volumetric concrete mixer safely and efficiently.
- Deliver concrete to multiple job sites according to schedule and customer specifications.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Monitor concrete quality, slump, and mix consistency during production and delivery.
- Maintain accurate delivery tickets, logs, and daily reports.
- Clean and maintain mixer equipment and ensure proper working condition.
- Communicate professionally with dispatchers, contractors, and job site personnel.
- Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and OSHA standards.
- Assist with minor troubleshooting and routine maintenance when needed.
- Adapt to changing job site conditions and schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Experience operating volumetric trucks preferred.
- Ability to work at multiple job sites and travel locally/regionally as required.
- Knowledge of construction site safety procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor environments.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Work Environment

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
