Job Description:
The Special Education Teacher LLC is actively seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children, interested in behavioral health, and looking to build meaningful skills while making a difference in the lives of children and families.
Prior ABA experience prefered but not required. We prioritize hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) who share their enthusiasm for helping children thrive. We value candidates with experience working with developmental disabilities, including students in the field, paraprofessionals, and those with family experience.

The Special Education Teacher LLC was founded by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Vanessa Beibide-Zanetich and her husband, Charles "Chuck" Zanetich, with the belief that quality services begin with quality support.

Position Requirements:

High School Graduate or GED

At least 18 years old

Able to lift 50 pounds on occasion

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current vehicle registration and insurance
Position Preferences:

Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.

Experience in special education, behavior support, or related fields is advantageous.

Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Responsibilities:

Provide ABA Therapy for children in their homes, assisting them in improving behaviors and acquiring new skills.

Follow specific protocols for each client based on their individualized treatment plans.

Document client sessions accurately, including data recording and session notes.

Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding case updates, schedule changes, and client availability.

Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings to discuss best practices and ongoing learning.
Logistics and Details:

$20-$28/hour, depending on experience (Graduate student in an ABA program may receive more)

Continuous training and professional development are provided for all staff members, regardless of experience level.
