At Windsor Door, you'll play a key role in supporting and improving our highly automated manufacturing operation. You'll work alongside production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment, optimize automation systems, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve Allen-Bradley PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment.
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Rockwell Studio 5000.
- Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Support Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLCs and PanelView HMIs.
- Troubleshoot industrial electrical systems including 480V three-phase power, 120V AC, 24V AC, and 24V DC control circuits.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control drawings.
- Commission and troubleshoot VFDs, servo drives, motors, motor starters, solenoids, control valves, and analog/digital sensors.
- Support industrial Ethernet and EtherNet/IP communications.
- Partner with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability, increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and reduce downtime.
- Support Yaskawa drives and robotic systems (preferred).
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
- 4+ years of experience supporting industrial automation or manufacturing controls in a production environment.
- Strong experience troubleshooting and modifying Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLCs.
- Proficiency with Rockwell Studio 5000.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills with industrial power and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Experience with industrial Ethernet and EtherNet/IP communications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Experience
- High-speed automated manufacturing or assembly lines.
- Yaskawa drives and robotic systems.
- Servo motion control systems.
- Commissioning new manufacturing equipment.
- Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Improving OEE and reducing equipment downtime.

Pay: $118,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
