Summary of Position:
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to serve PartsXpress® customers in their territory. As a manufacturing regional sales manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales efforts in your sales region — Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, and Minnesota — to ensure a consistent yearly revenue stream. Additionally, you will ensure that PartsXpress is recognized as an industry leader and a highly regarded resource for the food processing industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work predominantly with customers in the poultry, meat, and prepared foods industries, visiting customer plants four to five days a week.
- Travel (including overnight trips) to meet the clients at their location.
- Project a professional, ethical, and moral image.
- Market and sell parts to clients in the food industry.
- Develop and grow a customer base for consistent and growing sales in the PartsXpress product line.
- Build relationships with clients and become a go-to asset.
- Be the point of contact for the clients on of their parts needs.
- Submit quote requests in a timely fashion to allow ample processing.
- Provide backup for other sales representatives as required.
- Submit weekly calls, upcoming work, and expense reports.
- Prepare a preliminary schedule weekly with call reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution is preferred but not required.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in the food processing industry is a plus.
- Excellent phone skills and etiquette.
- Values and prioritizes the maintenance of strong customer relationships.
- Excellent organization and prioritizing skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy are a must.
- Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality regarding pricing and process.
- Availability to travel frequently and work on weekends as required.
