Looking for energetic Pediatric Physical Therapists licensed in NY to provide Pediatric Home Care in Midwood area of Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional that is passionate about delivering quality home care and making a real difference in kids' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients in their homes and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
- Provide PT treatments to patients in the comfort of their homes
- Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
- Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in PT or higher from an accredited physical therapy program
- Valid NY state license to practice PT and NY registration
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $100.00 - $130.00 per hour
