Apartment / Multifamily Maintenance Technician
Pay: $16.80 - $22.00 per hour
Location: Dothan, AL (Some local travel may be required to support nearby communities.)

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep our apartment communities operating safely and efficiently by:
- Completing routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance repairs in occupied and vacant apartment homes.
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, drywall, painting, flooring, and general carpentry issues.
- Preparing vacant apartments for new residents by completing quality apartment turns.
- Responding promptly and professionally to resident service requests.
- Inspecting buildings, common areas, and community amenities to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
- Performing preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, appliances, water heaters, and other building equipment.
- Coordinating with outside vendors when specialized repairs are needed.
- Maintaining accurate work order records using company software.
- Assisting with an after-hours emergency on-call rotation.
- Following all company safety procedures and helping maintain a clean, professional community.

In your first few months, you'll become a trusted member of the property team by:
- Completing work orders safely and efficiently.
- Delivering quality repairs the first time whenever possible.
- Helping prepare apartments on schedule for new move-ins.
- Building positive relationships with residents through friendly, professional service.
- Taking ownership of your work and helping maintain a community everyone can be proud of.
Pay: $16.80 - $22.00 per hour
