Trademark is a local high end General Contractor looking to hire a Design Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, create, and excited to help create a design for a client. They also must know how to use software to produce 3D drawings and floor plans (willing to train the right person on software). And have knowledge of color palates and industry materials.
Requirements:
Communicate with clients, suppliers, co-workers
Create a design to meet a clients needs and wants
Create 3D renderings of design for clients
Create floor plans of design for clients
Present all ideas and drawings to clients
Work with estimators to create a plan for the project to move forward
