The Hospitality Manager is responsible for leading the guest experience and cultivating a hospitality-driven culture throughout the restaurant. This leader serves as a visible presence on the floor, develops team members through coaching and mentorship, and ensures every guest interaction reflects The William's commitment to genuine hospitality.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the dining room, enjoys building relationships, and understands that great restaurants are built through people, not policies.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Lead and elevate the overall guest experience throughout the restaurant.
- Build meaningful relationships with guests and cultivate guest loyalty.
- Respond to guest concerns with urgency, professionalism, and empathy.
- Ensure service standards are consistently executed across all shifts.
- Create memorable guest experiences and recognize special occasions.
Leadership & Team Development
- Coach, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members.
- Lead impactful pre-shift meetings focused on hospitality, product knowledge, and service excellence.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and hospitality-driven culture.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development.
- Lead by example through professionalism, humility, and service.
Operations
- Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor dining room flow, staffing levels, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards.
- Support scheduling, labor management, and daily operational needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in an upscale casual, steakhouse, chophouse, luxury hotel, or fine dining environment.
- Demonstrated success leading front-of-house teams and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with guests and team members.
- Ability to remain composed and solution-oriented in high-volume environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Restaurant opening experience.
- Experience developing training programs and service standards.
- OpenTable and TOAST experience.
- Strong understanding of guest recovery and dining room operations.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
