We are looking for motivated Enrollment Agents ready to grow into a high-income sales career. No prior sales or debt industry experience is required but preferred.
We take pride in training individuals the right way from the ground up. If you are coachable, driven, and willing to put in the work, we will give you everything you need to succeed.
This is a performance-driven role working with live transfers, high debt loads, and consistent lead volume.
Compensation Structure:
- Base pay starting at $17.75/hour + commission
- Monthly guarantee + commission up to 2%
- Residual income on enrolled accounts
- Top performers consistently earn $10,000–$20,000+ monthly
Training Start Date: July
Paid onsite/remote training provided
