We are a group of established photographic studios specializing in fashion and model shoots. Your role is to do the hair and make up on models for a photoshoot.
The Photo Studio Group LLC is currently seeking part time freelance Hair and Make Up Artists to join our expanding visual team in Orlando! This position calls for a creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who loves to collaborate with photographers to create portfolios for our clients. You are someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is comfortable with non-traditional work hours. This role thinks strategically about how to identify the most impactful images to drive value for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside photographers for our image consultants
- Perform Hair and Make Up on between 3 and 6 models a day
- 4 looks per model
- Male and female models
- Maintain full awareness and interest in global entertainment and celebrity events, news, trends, fashions, and celebrities.
Requirements:
- Passionate enthusiasm for entertainment and related media.
- Excellent communicator, decisive, deadline-driven, people-oriented person.
- Experiece at a consumer facing studio a bonus
- Full kit
- Qualified MUA
- 2+ years commercial experience
- Weekends as needed
You would be scheduled in to work between 5 and 10 days a month around your schedule. Being able to work on weekends is essential. Reliability and punctuality are important. The studios are open from Monday through Sunday.
Pay is twice a month, no withholding, as an independent contractor.
