We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled RN or LPN to join our NOC shift team on the vent hall—a specialized unit where your clinical expertise truly makes a difference. If you’re confident with trachs and vents, calm in critical situations, and committed to patient-centered care, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Care for residents who require mechanical ventilation and tracheostomy management
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes with clinical precision
- Work closely with respiratory therapists, physicians, and a strong interdisciplinary team
- Administer medications, manage treatments, and document accurately
- Support residents and their families with empathy and clear communication
- Maintain high standards of safety and infection control

Who You Are:*
- A licensed RN or LPN
- Experienced with ventilator-dependent patients (or eager to learn with support)
- Strong communicator and reliable team player
- Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and focused on quality care
- CPR/BLS required; ACLS is a plus

Requirements:Qualifications
Education
Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing or LPN Program
Licenses/Certification
Current RN or LPN Licensure in the State employed.
Valid CPR Certification.
Experience
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
