Opportunity:
We’re looking for a motivated Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a dynamic, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Build financial models to evaluate business scenarios and predict performance.
- Support profitability analysis by program and site.
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results and identify key drivers.
- Prepare reports on KPIs and financial metrics to support decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and ROI evaluations for business initiatives.
- Assist with dashboards, visualizations, and management reporting.
- Collaborate with site controllers on forecasts and financial reporting.
Your Contributions:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of financial processes and regulatory standards.
- Interest in developing financial acumen and understanding business impact.
- Willingness to learn internal systems, quality procedures, and customer-specific requirements.
