Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to join our IHOP team. Servers provide exceptional guest experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests enjoy their visit.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Enter orders using tablets into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Handle guest payments and transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Work closely with kitchen and management staff
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Perform all cleaning duties according to posted cleaning charts.
Qualifications
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Availability for weekends, holidays, and morning.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Perform other assignments or tasks as assigned by the General Manager, Assistant Manager or acting supervisor.
