Operate: Run and maintain production machinery to keep lines moving safely. Package: Finalize finished products and prepare them for shipping. What It Takes to Win: Reliability: Rock-solid attendance. You show up on time, every day. Hustle: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate well. Stamina: Ability to twist, reach, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
