Compensation: $15/hour + 10% commission on all shows you book

Grace Campbell is a singer-songwriter from West Virginia who's built a devoted, fast-growing fanbase across the Appalachian region and beyond. Her debut album Bloom peaked at #32 on the iTunes Pop Charts, and her live shows have shared stages with artists like:
Kathy Mattea, The Plain White T's, Melissa Etheridge, Kidd G, Avery Anna, and Kassi Valazza.
Grace was named 2024 Best Pop Artist in West Virginia, 2025 Best Artist in West Virginia, and 2024 Pittsburgh Rising Star by Women Who Rock. Her sound spans folk, rock, alternative, and pop — and her authentic connection with fans (both onstage and across social media) is what's driving her momentum right now.
She recently tracked a 3-song session with Los Angeles-based "Jam In The Van" with releases planned over the course of the next several months to an album release.
We're looking for a booking agent who's ready to grow with her!
The Role
We need a driven, well-connected booking agent to secure paid live performance opportunities for Grace — venues, festivals, private events, support slots, and regional tours. This is a performance-based role: your base hourly rate is guaranteed, but your real earning potential comes from what you book.
What You'll Do
- Research, pitch, and secure paid gigs for Grace across venues, festivals, and events
- Build and maintain relationships with venue owners, promoters, festival bookers, and event coordinators
- Negotiate performance fees, contracts, and logistics on Grace's behalf
- Track outreach, follow-ups, and booking pipeline
- Coordinate scheduling with Grace and her team to avoid conflicts and maximize routing efficiency
- Stay current on regional music scenes, festival submission windows, and touring opportunities that fit Grace's sound and audience
What We're Looking For
- Experience in artist booking, talent buying, event coordination, or a related music industry role. You don't have to be a pro! This is an entry level role for experience. It was made this way on purpose to give young professionals in the music industry an opportunity to grow.
- Existing relationships with venues, promoters, or festival organizers (regional Appalachian/Mid-Atlantic connections a strong plus)
- Confident negotiator who can close deals and protect the artist's interests
- Self-starter who can work independently and stay organized without close supervision
- Genuine enthusiasm for Grace's music and career trajectory
- Familiarity with the current live music landscape — genre-crossing folk/rock/pop/alt acts a plus
Compensation
- $15/hour base pay
- Plus 10% commission on every paid show you book — the more you book, the more you earn!
- This is uncapped upside on top of a guaranteed hourly rate — a true pay-for-performance structure. If you book a $5000 show, you make $500.
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
