Job Responsibilities
- Tile installation including showers, backsplashes, floors, surface prep, waterproofing, grouting, and finishing.
- Subfloor repair/preparation and installation of LVP flooring, transitions, and trim.
- Light electrical and plumbing experience preferred (fixture installation, outlets, switches, faucets, toilets, and basic repairs).
- Appliance installation including dishwashers, ranges, microwaves, refrigerators, and washer/dryer units.
- Cabinet fabrication, assembly, installation, trim work, and hardware installation.
- Drywall hanging, finishing, repairs, texturing, and sanding.
- Interior and exterior carpentry including framing, trim, doors, windows, decks, fences, and custom woodworking.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely while maintaining a clean, professional job site.
- Assist with residential construction projects
- Perform framing, trim work, demolition, and general carpentry
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Load and unload materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow project plans and supervisor instructions
- Ensure work meets company quality standardsQualifications
- Construction experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred
