About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our production facility, where you will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence through proactive equipment care. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime, optimize machine performance, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex repairs on industrial machinery, including conveyors, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems, to ensure maximum production uptime.

Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting on 480vAC and 24vDC systems, utilizing schematics and diagnostic tools to resolve circuit issues.

Maintain and configure Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and support PLC-based control systems to keep automation running smoothly.

Conduct precision welding and fabrication tasks to restore structural integrity and improve equipment functionality.

Install, align, and calibrate new production assets using specialized precision tools and heavy lifting equipment.

Document all preventative maintenance activities and parts usage to maintain accurate equipment history and reliability metrics.

Adhere to rigorous safety standards, including LOTO protocols, while operating in diverse plant environments.
Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or electromechanics.

Demonstrated proficiency in reading electrical schematics and using diagnostic equipment like multimeters and meggers.

Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in bearing replacement, shaft alignment, and hydraulic system repair.

Proven ability to perform MIG and stick welding for structural and equipment repairs.

Experience working with industrial automation components, including sensors, contactors, and relays.

Technical certification in electrical systems or a related trade.

Experience with SCADA and HMI interface troubleshooting.

Background in maintaining high-voltage industrial electrical systems.

Prior experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens control platforms.
