PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Job Summary:
The Program Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for programs and services designed to connect community members with appropriate resources and services.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage invoice processing, including tracking, reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and timely submission through designated program systems.
- Organize reimbursement documentation and invoices from program partners, vendors, and program services.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of all current and previous program participants.
- Interact with community members regarding services received.
- Ensure compliance with current program regulations, policies, and reporting requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the Program team as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 Years of office administration experience; call center experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Basic math skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Physical Requirements & Work Conditions
Incumbents in this role must be available to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours. The position requires working in a general office environment, with periods of sitting and frequent computer use. Candidates must be able to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds and perform other physical tasks associated with office operations. Minimal travel may be required as part of the position; therefore, a valid driver’s license is required.
Hourly rate: $22.00/hr
