AGM Transport Inc. is hiring experienced CDL Class A OTR Drivers to join our growing fleet. We are an asset-based dry van carrier based in Joliet, IL, offering strong miles, competitive pay, reliable freight, and a driver-focused support team.

Pay & Miles
Earn $0.65–$0.70 CPM base pay, based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses that allow drivers to earn up to an additional $0.05 CPM.
Drivers typically run 2,800–3,200 miles per week, depending on availability, freight, and hours of service.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a CDL Class A tractor-trailer
- Run OTR dry van freight throughout assigned lanes
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and follow DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and internal teams
- Submit paperwork, PODs, and required documents on time
- Maintain strong on-time pickup and delivery performance
- Represent AGM Transport professionally on the road and at customer locations
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience required
- Clean and safe driving record preferred
- Must be able to run OTR and stay out 2-4 weeks at a time
- Must be professional, reliable, and safety-focused
- Must be able to use ELD and driver app technology
- No major preventable accidents or serious violations
