Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor residents' health and report changes in condition.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
Support residents and their families with compassion, respect, and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations.
Current LPN license in good standing.
CPR certification.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
A caring attitude and commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
