Compensation
- Part-Time: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
- Full-Time: $57,000–$60,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
Local candidates only. Applicants must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Santa Clara County and be available to travel to listings and company events as needed.

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Content & Social Media Manager to help grow our brand, showcase our listings, and generate new business through engaging digital content.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, producing professional-quality photography and videography, managing our social media presence, and implementing marketing initiatives that generate leads and grow our business.

Position Summary
The Content & Social Media Manager will own The Shee Group's digital marketing efforts from concept to execution. This includes planning, photographing, filming, editing, publishing, and analyzing content across all digital platforms.
You will independently create marketing content for our listings, agents, community, and brand while developing campaigns that generate buyer and seller leads. This role requires someone who is creative, organized, self-motivated, passionate about storytelling, and committed to producing high-quality work.
Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Photograph and film residential listings, agent branding, community events, client testimonials, and lifestyle content.
- Create property walkthroughs, listing videos, Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and other engaging digital content.
- Edit photos and videos into polished, professional marketing materials.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with listings, marketing campaigns, and business goals.
Social Media Management
- Manage The Shee Group's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all platforms.
- Write compelling captions and marketing copy that increase engagement and generate leads.
- Monitor content performance and continuously optimize strategies using analytics and platform insights.
Listing Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for new listings, open houses, price improvements, pending sales, and sold properties.
- Design digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital flyers, brochures, postcards, email graphics, listing presentations, and online advertisements.
- Ensure all marketing materials maintain The Shee Group's brand standards and visual identity.
Lead Generation
- Develop content and marketing campaigns that generate qualified buyer and seller leads.
- Identify creative opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, and client inquiries through digital marketing.
- Recommend new marketing ideas, content strategies, and campaigns that support the team's growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong photography and videography skills with the ability to independently produce professional-quality content.
- Experience editing photos and videos using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and current social media trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create content that drives engagement and lead generation.
- Highly organized with strong time management and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel regularly to listings throughout Santa Clara County and surrounding areas.
- Ability to occasionally work evenings or weekends for open houses, community events, or special marketing opportunities.
- Must provide your own equipment, including a camera, computer/laptop, smartphone, microphone, and other tools needed to create professional-quality content.
- Real estate marketing experience is preferred but not required.
