Sonora Core Marketing is looking for an Entry-Level Sales Representative to help one of the largest retailers in the world in the Mobile and Telecommunications Industry to provide a unique sales experience for their customers. The successful candidate for the Entry-Level Sales Representative position will connect local residents with products and services that make sense for their lifestyle. Your primary focus will be engaging with customers in a retail setting, introducing them to our client partners' offerings.
Key Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Sales Representative:
- Advocate for our service’s features, promotions, and benefits to customers to increase interest and loyalty.
- Execute sales and marketing development plans in the area to attract prospective customers to pick our products and services.
- Efficiently fulfill customer orders, attentively listen to feedback, and address inquiries.
- Work your way up by leveling your skills and business acumen through our company provided learning resources.
- Guide customers to products and services that best meet their needs.
- Share your ideas and best practices to the team.
- Keep accurate records of customer transactions as needed and ensure that information security is followed.
Requirements of an Entry-Level Sales Representative:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational level.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with customers for extended periods of time.
- We don't require prior sales experience.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Willing to undergo learning sessions about AT&T, Primo, and Just Energy products and services to answer questions confidently.
- Team player and collaborative nature.

Pay: $850.00 - $1,350.00 per week
