Experienced Dental Assistant | General Dentistry | Full-Time | Private Practice
Hourly range $24 - $28/hour + $2,500 Success Bonus
Greater Richmond Dentistry is a rapidly growing, privately owned dental practice in Chesterfield, Virginia, and we're excited to welcome our third full-time Dental Assistant to our clinical team.
We are not a DSO or corporate dental office. We are an independent private practice where decisions are made within the practice, teamwork matters, and our focus is providing high-quality, personalized patient care.
Our office has served the community for more than 45 years, and today combines that history with modern technology, efficient systems, and a growing patient base.

Schedule
Full-Time | 5 Days Per Week
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- No weekends

What You'll Do
- Assist the doctor with a wide range of general dental procedures
- Capture digital radiographs and intraoral photographs
- Perform iTero® digital scans
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Educate and support patients throughout their visits
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Follow OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, and Virginia Board of Dentistry standards
- Work closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
- Help create an exceptional experience for every patient
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a private general dentistry practice
- Virginia radiography certification
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong chairside assisting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail
- Certified Dental Assistant preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- $2,500 Success Bonus after 6 consecutive months
