Requirements
To partner with us as a 1099 Subcontractor, you must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience.
- Transportation: A reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Insurance: Active General Liability Insurance for your cleaning business (or willingness to obtain it prior to taking jobs).
- Equipment & Supplies: Must bring your own professional cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, etc.) and eco-friendly/effective cleaning supplies.
- Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
- Language & Communication: Fluent English (verbal and written) is required to ensure clear communication with clients and management. (Bilingual candidates are welcome as long as English proficiency is strong).
- Professionalism: High standard of work ethic, polite, courteous, and able to work well independently or with team members on larger jobs.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
