ABOUT THE ROLE & EMPLOYER STRUCTURE
Important Notice: Individual Investor Engagement REPORTING DELIVERY Daily by EOD Please note that this is not a corporate company or agency environment. You will be working directly as a personal assistant/analyst for an Individual Investor who manages a personal portfolio alongside a separate full-time corporate job. Because of time constraints, the investor requires a dedicated researcher to handle rigorous market analysis, data gathering, and reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Data Analysis Phase (Months 1–3): The first three months will focus exclusively on extensive market data analysis, historical tracking, and getting aligned with the investor's core strategies.
Daily Market Monitoring: Keep track of key market indicators, sector updates, and technical/fundamental movements.
EOD Reporting: Prepare and compile comprehensive, concise data reports and deliver them strictly by the End of Day (EOD) daily.
Collaboration: Discuss findings and market insights in Tamil to ensure smooth and clear communication.
REQUIREMENTS &* EXPERIENCE*
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Tamil for communication and updates, along with professional English for documentation and research.
Market Knowledge: Prior theoretical or practical knowledge of the stock market (Indian equities, technical analysis indicators, fundamental evaluation) is highly preferred.
Tools: Familiarity with charting tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and financial news screening platforms.
Reliability: Absolute discipline in sending updates and reports on time before the close of day.
Laptop: Must have their own laptop
COMPENSATION &* PERFORMANCE TERMS*
As this is a private, independent portfolio setup, the structure of compensation relies purely on mutual growth and portfolio performance outcomes:
Initial Compensation: Base monthly fixed pay (to be discussed based on hours/skill). There will be no commissions initially.
Performance Bonus: Once the analysis begins directly translating into measurable profit increases for the portfolio, you will be eligible for performance bonuses up to ₹1,00,000 (1 Lakh Rupees) based on growth scale.
Risk & Job Security Disclaimer
Because this operation is funded directly by a private individual's capital, portfolio safety is paramount. If the portfolio suffers continuous or successive losses due to inaccurate tracking, analytical negligence, or poor performance, this engagement may be terminated immediately. Accountability and cautious risk management are central to this role.
