City Drywall Construction, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of construction experience.
- Perform bookkeeping duties, including data entry, maintaining records, and reconciling accounts using Quickbooks accounting software.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll.
- Process invoices, payments, and deposits.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Purchase construction materials.
- Prepare monthly payment applications for clients.
- Assist Project Managers with daily operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Buildertrend, Procore, or similar construction management software is a plus.
