Are you a nurturing, energetic educator who loves working with toddlers? Puzzle’s Academy, a high-quality, play-based Child Development Center, is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to join our passionate team and help guide our little learners through one of the most exciting stages of development.
Position: Lead Toddler Teacher
Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Schedule: Full-Time
What You'll Do:
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that promote curiosity, motor skills, and early communication
- Provide a safe, loving, and consistent environment for children
- Foster strong relationships with families through daily communication and developmental updates
- Maintain classroom records and ensure compliance with state licensing regulations
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting
- Strong understanding of toddler development and positive guidance techniques
- Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork skills
