As a Family Support Advocate, you’ll work directly with children and families to strengthen stability, build skills, and promote positive change within the home. This role is relationship-driven and hands-on, providing practical support, guidance, and encouragement that empowers families to overcome challenges and move toward long-term success.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with children and families preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in home and community settings
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
