PRN BCBA (GA licensed/willing to obtain)
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate BCBA to join a growing behavioral services organization on a contract basis. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight
- Conduct assessments and treatment planning as needed
- Support behavior technicians and caregivers
- Review client progress and make data-based recommendations
- Participate in case collaboration and clinical decision-making
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Active state licensure/ Willing to obtain (where applicable)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with home-based services and parent training preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently credentialed with one or more commercial insurance providers (e.g., Aetna, Cigna, Anthem/BCBS, United Healthcare, etc.)
- Experience supporting insurance-funded ABA services
