Key Responsibilities & Shifts
- Daily Visits & Dog Walking: Conduct drop-in visits to client homes for exercise, feeding, and playtime. Peak demand occurs during midday hours and vacation seasons. (Requires availability for at least two weekends per month and a rotating holiday schedule).
- Professional Overnight Care: Provide overnight stays (9 PM – 7 AM) in client homes to ensure continuous pet companionship and home security. This shift is ideal for students or professionals with daytime availability.

Candidate Requirements
- Location: Must live directly within the Northwest Charlotte service area (Zips: 28214, 28216, 28269, or immediate surroundings).
- Transportation: Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
- Technology: Own a smartphone with reliable internet access for scheduling apps and client updates.
- Commitment: Minimum 6-month commitment required to maintain consistency for our pets and clients.
- Trustworthiness: Must pass a standard background check and provide professional references.
