Duties
- Operate hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
- Install doors, cabinets, fixtures, siding, flooring, tile, trim, and other wood or metal components with attention to detail.
- Perform framing tasks including metal stud framing, wood framing, and rebar installation for various structures.
- Conduct heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety protocols for power tool safety and overall site safety.
Experience
- Construction experience.
- Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for precise execution.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, masonry, framing, siding installation, and fixture hanging.
- Familiarity with woodworking techniques including cabinetry installation and flooring laying.
- Experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety standards, including power tool safety protocols.
- Additional experience in plastering, fabrication, caulking, and metal stud framing is a plus.
