Lead Cleaning Technician
Hours: Part-time
Mint Clean LLC is a residential and commercial cleaning company. We are looking for a Lead Cleaning Technician to join our team in the Rock Springs, WY area. The ideal candidate will be a reliable person who is interested in advancing their career and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test prior to employment
- Must have availability Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm
- A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required.
- Must have previous lead/supervisory experience
- Ability to work independently or as a team supervisor depending on the job.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be comfortable working in warm temperatures (heat & humidity) and in confined spaces (e.g., under tables, in tight spaces, etc).
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to follow instructions and understand instructions in English.
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of Cleaning Technicians and ensuring that all duties performed inside of homes are done to company standards.
- Complete cleaning duties as assigned
- Comply with all company policies and procedures such as attendance, attendance integrity, client confidentiality, organizational skills, productivity, teamwork, time management skills, and quality assurance standards.
- Any and all other duties as assigned by management
