Position Overview
We are seeking several licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (fulltime and PRN) to join TheraSpot on a PRN basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the caseload grows. Clinic hours are flexible and you can build a caseload around your schedule! We are open on weekends! Set your own schedule. This can be a 1099 or W2 position. Our SLPs will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of communication and swallowing needs, develop individualized plans of care, and work collaboratively with patients, families, and other members of the therapy team. A bonus if you have experience with pediatric feeding.
Responsibilities
- Perform speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations as appropriate.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
- Provide skilled speech-language therapy to pediatric and/or adult patients.
- Complete evaluations, daily documentation, progress reports, and discharge summaries accurately and timely.
- Educate and collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with OT and PT.
- Maintain compliance with payer, documentation, and professional standards.
- Help contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical environment as TheraSpot grows.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Texas SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Outpatient, pediatric and/or adult therapy experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating as part of a growing multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for patient-centered care and meaningful clinical outcomes.

Pay: $55.00 - $80.00 per hour
