The Saint Resort is looking for experienced and charismatic Bartenders to craft delicious cocktails and provide top-tier hospitality to our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Engage with guests, take orders, and provide exceptional service
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences, making recommendations accordingly
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar
- Plan and present an appealing bar menu
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- Adhere to all food and beverage safety regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender
- Strong knowledge of cocktail mixing, garnishing, and drink presentation
- Hands-on experience with POS ordering systems and cash handling
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, attentiveness, and patience for guests
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma preferred; food safety training is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry bar supplies as needed
- Comfortable working in a high-energy environment
