Job Overview

Duties
- Lead and facilitate all board meetings, ensuring productive discussions and decisive actions aligned with organizational goals
- Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic plans in collaboration with executive leadership and board members
- Foster strong relationships among board members, executive team, and key stakeholders to promote effective collaboration
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and ethical standards, maintaining transparency and accountability in all operations
- Guide fundraising efforts for business development initiatives, leveraging networks to secure resources and partnerships
- Supervise organizational performance by monitoring progress against strategic objectives and financial health
- Represent the organization publicly at events, conferences, and community engagements to enhance visibility and support
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate strategy development and strategic management at an executive level
- Demonstrated leadership in business management or nonprofit financial oversight
- Extensive background in executive-level team management, supervision, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Strong expertise in nonprofit financial management, including budget oversight and financial planning
- Experience in entrepreneurship or business development to drive organizational growth
- Skilled in strategic planning, fundraising for business development, and fostering senior leadership teams
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of effective collaboration among board members and senior executives
