PARALEGAL
Busy insurance defense (workers’ compensation) firm located in downtown Tampa seeks paralegal. Certification not required. Position involves managing case load which entails scheduling of litigation events, communication with opposing counsel and judges. Additional tasks may include summarizing medical records, propounding and responding to discovery, drafting settlement documents. Position is full time, with full benefits package with hybrid option after 6 months of in office. Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, enthusiastic, able to work independently and exercise judgement. Be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced litigation environment.
