Job Title: Golf Pro Shop Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Operate the point of sale system accurately and efficiently. Comfortable navigating computers and operating necessary software (training provided)
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs
- Basic knowledge about golf equipment and golf operations. General interest in golf. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations
- Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Friendly, engaging personality with strong communication skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Willingness to learn and follow training provided
