The PREP School is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Operations Director to support and strengthen operations across our growing network of schools. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who thrives on developing people, creating operational excellence, and building scalable systems that help schools succeed.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will partner with School Directors to drive operational consistency, ensure licensing compliance, support enrollment growth, maintain brand standards, and develop leaders who create exceptional experiences for children and families.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, coaching leaders, and making a meaningful impact across multiple schools.
What You'll Do:
Leadership & School Support
- Coach, mentor, and develop School Directors and leadership teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Serve as a trusted partner and resource for school leadership while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular school visits to provide coaching, operational support, and leadership development.
- Assist schools in identifying opportunities to improve team performance, communication, and overall effectiveness.
Multi-Site Operations
- Oversee daily operations across multiple school locations to ensure consistency with The PREP School's mission, values, and brand standards.
- Evaluate operational processes and implement improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and overall school performance.
- Develop and maintain systems, procedures, and best practices that support long-term growth.
- Partner with school leadership to improve operational execution while maintaining exceptional family experiences.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
- Conduct operational audits and proactively identify opportunities for improvement before challenges arise.
- Support schools in maintaining safe, organized, and high-quality learning environments.
Enrollment & Growth
- Support enrollment initiatives by assisting schools with tours, community outreach, and family engagement.
- Partner with leadership to improve enrollment performance and retention.
- Assist with new school openings, including operational setup, hiring support, leadership onboarding, and brand implementation.
Brand Leadership
- Serve as a brand ambassador by ensuring every school consistently delivers The PREP School experience.
- Promote a culture centered around excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong communication with executive leadership regarding operational performance, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
Required
- Minimum 3 years of multi-site leadership or operations management experience
- Minimum 3 years of child care, preschool, or early childhood education leadership experience
- Experience coaching and developing leaders
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel throughout Texas to support school locations
- Proficiency with technology and digital platforms used to support business operations
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
- Franchise or multi-location operations experience
- Experience supporting licensing compliance and operational excellence
- Experience leading organizational growth or new location openings

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
