We are looking for an experienced Night-Time Grill Cook to lead our line during our busiest evening hours.The RoleAs our Night Grill Cook, you are the heart of the dinner service. You will own the grill station—ensuring every steak, burger, and fish is cooked to precise temperatures, perfectly seasoned, and delivered in perfect sync with the rest of the line. You’ll thrive under pressure, maintain a spotless station, and work collaboratively with the rest of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Grill Mastery: Prepare and cook a variety of proteins and produce to exact specifications and temperatures.
- Station Management: Set up, stock, and maintain the cleanliness of the grill station before, during, and after service.
- Quality Control: Ensure portion control, proper plate presentation, and that every dish meets our strict quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with expediters, servers, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service.
- Food Safety: Strictly adhere to all health department, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience as a Grill Cook or Line Cook in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of various meat preparation and grilling techniques.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a hot environment.
- Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
