The St. Anthony Police Department is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to provide critical administrative support to our law enforcement team. In this role, you will:

Accurately process, maintain, and secure police reports, citations, and other documents in our records management system.

Perform precise data entry, quality checks, and timely filings with courts, prosecutors, and related agencies.

Prepare documents for criminal prosecutions.

Greet and assist visitors, handle phone inquiries, respond to inquiries from the public and other agencies, and direct requests to appropriate personnel.

Uphold strict confidentiality standards while assisting officers and typing narrative reports at 60 WPM.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of data entry experience required.

Ability to pass a thorough background check.

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a courteous, professional demeanor.

Ability to maintain composure in a law enforcement environment, obtain required BCA certifications, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.

Previous administrative support experience in a law enforcement setting is strongly preferred.
Salary Range: $28.00-$31.00 per hour
