You'll generate leads, conduct home inspections, close deals, and ensure smooth process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through door-to-door sales, networking, cold calling, and other methods.
- Schedule inspections, conduct property inspections and document damage.
- Cultivate relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Deliver sales presentations and demos to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of direct sales or contracting experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Suite and Google Suite.
- Comfort with heights and climbing ladders
- Driver's license required and own car
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping people.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Vision adequate for reading and computer work
- Capable of climbing ladders and working at heights
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
