Company Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Lofts at Creekview. This role focuses on managing affordable housing properties with an emphasis on lease-up, tax credit compliance, and excellent resident relations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, possess strong operational and marketing knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support property operations including maintenance coordination, inspections, and vendor management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with marketing efforts to promote property occupancy and community engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using RealPage and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ensure compliance with Housing Section 8 and other affordable housing program requirements.
- Work weekends as required to support property needs and resident services.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The Assistant Property Manager is a leader who focuses on resident customer service and assists in managing the operations, leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, supplies and communications of the property.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience with lease-up processes in affordable housing communities.
- Knowledge of Tax Credit programs, LIHTC compliance, and affordable housing regulations.
- Familiarity with Housing Section 8 program requirements.
- Strong operational and marketing knowledge related to property management.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in RealPage property management software.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work weekends as needed.
Compensation* $23 - $25
- Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
