Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Executive Chef who is fluent in Spanish to lead our culinary team. Duties

- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to keep costs under control.
- Oversee food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations across all kitchen activities.
- Coordinate with catering, banquet, and restaurant teams to deliver seamless food service during events and daily operations.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growth.
