Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and positive attitude
- Manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
- Help maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Support the team to ensure an excellent dining experience for every guest
Qualifications
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
