Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Pennsylvania
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8 hr shift
Guaranteed: 40 Hrs
Pay: $1,886/week
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to long-term care residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document residents' conditions
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Requirements
- Active LPN License
- Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
- Current BLS Certification
