Rolloff Dumpster Truck Driver – MetroWest, MA

Zoom Disposal Services is seeking a dependable and motivated Rolloff Dumpster Truck Driver to join our growing team serving the MetroWest Massachusetts area. This is a local driving position with no overnight travel.
The ideal candidate is safety-focused, takes pride in their work, and enjoys providing excellent customer service. Rolloff experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a rolloff dumpster truck on a daily basis
- Deliver, place, and remove dumpsters at residential and commercial job sites
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ensure safe driving and equipment operation at all times
- Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
- Keep the truck clean and report any maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial truck driving experience
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Current Mass DOT Medical Card
- Ability to safely operate a 25,950 lb GVWR rolloff truck
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety
- Rolloff experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
