Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Janitorial and Porter Services Technician. This part-time position involves maintaining cleanliness and appearance standards in facilities, performing porter services, and assisting with vehicle cleaning and transportation tasks as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general janitorial cleaning duties in offices and facility areas
- Provide porter services, including maintaining common areas, removing trash, restocking supplies, and responding to facility needs
- Clean and maintain facility areas according to company standards
- Drive company or client vehicles as required for cleaning and service duties
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of assigned work areas
- Follow supervisor instructions and company procedures
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely, professional, and efficient manner
- Report maintenance or safety concerns as needed
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable performing both cleaning and vehicle-related duties
- Able to work independently and follow directions
- Previous janitorial, porter, or vehicle cleaning experience is preferred but not required
Pay: $18.50 per hour
